Esteemed Florida resort destination announces Fall programming, including Fall at Grande Lakes festival and two new culinary events

ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Grande Lakes Orlando, the 500-acre luxury resort destination located in the headwaters of the Florida Everglades, will debut a new "Fall at Grande Lakes" festival, which will feature a weekend of seasonal activities and gourmet treats catered to families, guests and the local community to celebrate the season. The resort, which is anchored by The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes and JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes, will offer abundant hands-on activities, adventurous outdoor experiences through its signature Grande Lakes Sports program, dedicated spa offerings, and special dining experiences across its world-class and MICHELIN-recognized restaurants.

"Fall at Grande Lakes" Festival
Guests are invited to experience "Fall at Grande Lakes" on October 11-12, 2025. The event offers a curated selection of autumn-themed activities such as laser skeet shooting, themed crafts, archery, pumpkin decorating, and canoeing. Entertainment also includes face painting, petting zoo, and a DJ. Guests can enjoy a selection of seasonal foods and drinks arranged in cozy cottages where local vendors will showcase unique, one-of-a-kind items. Overnight resort guests will enjoy exclusive access to the festival on Saturday, October 11 and Sunday, October 12. Holiday Experiences
Guests visiting on Halloween can enjoy a self-guided trick-or-treat adventure at JW Marriott where they explore the grounds using a spooky map. At The Ritz-Carlton, guests can experience an evening of ghost stories, comedy, and a captivating magic performance by resident illusionist Drew Thomas, a finalist from America's Got Talent.

Grande Lakes Orlando continues the seasonal celebrations with a variety of Thanksgiving events and dining options. Following the on-site Gobbler 5K, guests are invited to watch the Macy's Day Parade at Knife Burger before indulging in a Thanksgiving buffet at Highball & Harvest or Citron, or a more sophisticated meal at Knife & Spoon or Primo. Later in the evening, guests can partake in fireside activities featuring s'mores and seasonal cocktails or go ice skating at the rink at Grande Lakes Orlando, which opens on Thanksgiving Day and is the only resort with an ice-skating rink in Florida. Culinary Events
Known for its culinary prowess, Grande Lakes Orlando will host special dinners on property throughout the Fall. Beginning on September 12, Primo will launch the Campari Dinner Series featuring a bespoke four-course dinner and cocktail pairings from mixologist Seanna Fenemore, including a Seared Duck Breast with figs and corn paired with a Nocciola Old Fashioned. This event will occur again on October 3, November 7, December 5 and January 2. Additionally, Knife & Spoon is bringing together a range of award-winning chefs for the Culinary Masters at Grande Lakes dinner, taking place October 23. Priced at $395 per person, this one-of-a-kind meal will offer dishes from Michelin-starred Chefs Ryan Ratino, Tung Phan, and John Tesar, as well as Michelin-recommend and James Beard Award Winner Melissa Kelly and Culinary Olympic Champion Chef Stephane Cheramy. In addition to these celebrated culinary talents, the meal comes with pairings from renowned winemaker Paul Hobbs and sommelier Michele DeFeo.

Club Level Offerings
Club Level guests at The Ritz-Carlton are welcomed into a hotel-within-a-hotel experience at the Club Lounge. Alongside daily perks and amenities within, the Club Lounge will showcase seasonal experiences exclusively for their enjoyment. From October 3-5, the Club will host a Wellness Weekend featuring a special wellness menu, guided stretching classes, and spa enhancements. Following the Gobbler 5k on Thanksgiving Day, the Club Lounge will host an after-party and lavish Thanksgiving Day feast. Guests also won't want to miss the Lantern Release Event on November 15, inviting them to release lanterns into the sky.

This fall, The Ritz-Carlton Spa will offer a variety of seasonal treatments. The Autumn Harvest Glow treatment features a salt scrub of brandied pears, a honey and clove wrap, a cinnamon scalp massage, and a finish of harvest green cream for radiant, fragrant skin. Other options include an Amber Bourbon Body Glow, complete with a sugar scrub, bourbon notes, and spice clove honey body butter, plus an Autumn Spice Pedicure utilizing brandied pears, cinnamon, orange, and clove.
